HOME EDUCATOR SESSIONS

Join us for a Home Educators Session - the perfect mix of fun and outdoor learning!

DATES AND DETAILS:

TUESDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER
Tour focus on Small Animals - caring for rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens etc.
THURSDAY 16th OCTOBER
Tour focus on Harvest - fruit, vegetables, 'Field to Fork' in the Kitchen Garden.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR DAY

Arrive any time from 10am.
Between 10.30 - 11am, drop in for a Small Animal Encounter Session in our Small Animal Village.

Between 11am - 12pm enjoy a tour and talk with our team (topics detailed above). These talks are aimed at children between 4 - 8 years of age.

Free time to explore the Farm Park and play areas from 12pm.
The Pig Race is at 12.45pm and not to be missed! You may also choose to enjoy our Tractor and Trailer Rides (£2pp) or Pony Rides (£3 per child) at one of the scheduled times in the afternoon. The Old Barn Tearooms restaurant and Cow Shed Coffee Bar are open all day for lunch and refreshments.

TO BOOK

Tickets cost £12 per child (age 2years +). One free adult per paying child. Additional adults £12 each. Select your chosen date in green and 10am arrival to select tickets.

Accompanying children under 2yrs are free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Upon booking, we will email you a copy of our Educational Workbooks to make use of. They offer a fantastic variety of activities coverng multiple topics for a range of ages.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON THE DAY
You will receive a booking confirmation email so please have your booking reference number to hand upon arrival. Please check your junk folder if your email hasn't arrived in your inbox.
You will be provided with a wristband and given details of where to meet.

Please note that the Farm Park is also open to general visitors, but there will be no other school groups in attendance on these dates in the Autumn Term.

Disabled visitors are entitled to free admission for one carer. You may be asked to show evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a Blue Badge upon entry to qualify.
Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and time they are booked for as per your booking confirmation.
