SEN FATHER CHRISTMAS VISITS

Specifically tailored Father Christmas sessions for families of children with special educational needs will be running on the 3rd & 9th December. During these sessions, group sizes will be reduced to allow for more time and space. There will be Christmas lights but no bright lights or loud music to ensure a calm yet stimulating experience. The Santa Express trailer which transports the children to Father Christmas' workshop will also be able to accommodate one adult for any child requiring support on the trailer. Children in pushchairs and wheelchairs will travel alongside the trailer, whilst still being included in the full experience.

Whilst the Father Christmas session will be dedicated to SEN families, the wider Farm Park will be open to other visitors. Dependant on which Father Christmas session time you select, tickets will be available for both full day admission and the After School rate from 2.30pm.

Please note that visitors with additional needs are of course welcome to attend on any date and any time; however, our dedicated SEN sessions are specifically for families with children with additional needs, where extra provisions will be in place.

The Premium Christmas Ticket includes making a cuddly toy in the Bear Workshop for children to take home.

On the next page, you must select your farm entry tickets for adults and extra children not visiting Father Christmas.

Please note, there is a limit of 2 adults per family unit to accompany children through the Father Christmas visit.

Our After School Rate applies for farm arrival after 2.30pm combined with Father Christmas visits from 3.15pm.

ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS (previously Carer tickets)

Visitors with additional needs who require an Essential Companion will need an Access Card or free Bocketts Farm Digital Access Pass (DAP), provided by Nimbus Disability. If the card or pass features a +1 or +2 symbol, you can book free Essential Companion ticket(s).

When booking online, you will need to enter your valid Access ID number. On the day, bring your Access Card or DAP with you alongside your booking reference number. If a valid Access Card or DAP with the allocated +1 or +2 symbol is not shown on the day, the full entry charge will be required for any Essential Companion(s).

If you have applied and been approved but not yet received your Access Card, we are able to temporarily accept the confirmation email displaying your ID number on entry.

Essential Companions must be 16 years or over and must enter with the pass holder. We are unable to accept alternative documents such as DLA, Carers Card, PIP.
